Some days it's difficult to be gracious, sympathetic, and be able to give another person time, space, and understanding. And especially in 2020.
Being kind isn't about allowing your boundaries to be crushed, but acknowledging and maintaining them, in order to have the energy to extend comfort to another human being.
And please remember, it's about extending all these qualities to yourself as well.
If you need help, please reach out. Find support among those you trust, and seek a professional for additional assistance.
Take care of yourselves, and stay safe!
