As a 50+ years old, queer, cis female, I've been around long enough to have gone through some rough experiences.

I get what anxiety is, what it feels like, and how it can interrupt a life because I live with anxiety to this day. The symptoms are annoying at best, debilitating at worse. It's also why I know that therapy works to help reduce and manage anxiety to live a better quality of life.

And really, it was worth the work in therapy to become the badass of my own life, and make decisions without overwhelming emotions and anxiety getting in the way.

Life was then about living it, not just surviving it.

Send me an email to schedule a time to discuss how we can work together in you reaching your goals to improve self-worth, reduce stress at home and/or work, and manage your anxiety!
